About the Presenters

About the Presenters: Ermine Laud-Hammond, Irma Chong and Wanda King are all qualified health professionals with many years of cooking experience. Ermine is a retired Health and Nutrition Educator with a Master of Science in Health Education. Irma is a retired Registered Nurse who collects recipes and uses her expertise to perfect them. Wanda has taught Basic Herbalism classes at Temple University Continuing Education Department and has worked in the Nutrition Department at Whole Foods.
