About the Presenters

Ermine Laud-Hammond and Irma Chong are both qualified health professionals with a lifetime cooking experience. Ermine is a retired Health and Nutrition Educator with a Master of Science in Health Education. Irma is a retired Registered Nurse who collects recipes and likes to experiment in the kitchen.
