Apricot Sauce video

APRICOT SAUCE

1 ½ cup apricot fruit jam
1 cup ketchup
¼ cup lemon juice
4 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. onion, finely minced
1 tbsp. canola oil
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. dried oregano

In a small saucepan combine all sauce ingredients and bring to a boil.
Pour over baked or fried Walnut Balls and return to oven.

Suggestion: For something different, fry the Walnut Balls and use this sauce on the side for a dipping sauce.
