Banana Date Shake video

BANANA DATE SHAKE

½ cup apple juice
½ package silken tofu
½ cup pitted dates
½ ripe bananas
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 cup soy milk
5 ice cubes

Have all ingredients well chilled. Put the dates and soy milk in a blender and blend on low speed until the dates are completely broken up. Add the remaining ingredients and blend at light speed until smooth and cold.

Makes 5 – ½ cup serving
