HOLIDAY ROAST
Sauté in 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 medium onions finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup celery minced
- ½ cup mushroom finely chopped
In Large Bowl:
Add to sautéed ingredients
- 1 ½ cups quick rolled oats
- 1 ½ cups whole wheat toasted bread crumb
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce or Bragg’s Liquid Amino
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon chicken style seasoning
- ½ teaspoon sage
- 3 tablespoons egg replacer
- 2 – 15oz. pk. extra firm tofu crumbled
Mixed all ingredients well and bake in 9 × 13 dish at 3500 for 1 hour
